A Case report of cleft lip and Palate accompanying maxillary undergrowth

Abstract
|

|
8 years old boy, Hellman´s dental age Ⅲb, had untreated Veau Classification Class Ⅲ cleft lip and palate with ectopic eruption of upper left peg. lateralis, rnesial rotation of upper left central incisor, congenital missing of upper right lateral incisor, shift to the right side of upper midline and mesial drifting of loner left first molar due to premature loss of lo-xer 1eft second deciduous tooth.
He was treated by means of removable appliance and multibonded system.
After 7 years Rediagnosis is done and lower left second premolar was extracted to compensate the loner insufficient available space.
After 9 years 1 month all orthodontic corrections were achieved and, as soon as debonding procedure was done. Ile was referred to oral surgeon and ´prosthodontist for surgical operation and bridge construction.
